*How to thaw frozen breast milk

Boil in water below 55°C. When the breast milk reaches about 40°C, shake it and attach the nipple to it, or put the breast milk in a baby bottle.
*Storage method
- Always close the cap when storing.
-Breast milk may expand when frozen, so pack it in no more than 180ml (2/3 of the pack) and store it upright.
-It is convenient to write the date and time on the storage pack and store it.
-Breast milk thawed in the refrigerator can be stored for 24 hours.
-Do not refrigerate or freeze thawed breast milk again.
-Do not add breast milk to a storage bag that is already in storage.
-When moving stored breast milk, avoid falling over.
-Use a refrigerated bag when going out to prevent breast milk from spoiling.

- When double boiling breast milk, use water of appropriate temperature (55°C or lower).
-Do not heat directly in boiling water or in a microwave.
